New Club Record for 80# White Sea Bass set by Mike Osgood aboard his boat OZ.  Mike weighed a hefty 57 lb 6 oz to claim the vacant 80# line class.  The fish is also the current Fish of the Month.
First Flag Albacore, goes to Nate Shill aboard his boat Santiago on July 8.  Nate was fishing the dumping grounds with fellow club member Mike Coon and two friends. They caught 18 fish. This fish was on the troll and weighed 21 lbs 8 oz
New"New"Club Record
So, Frank Bruder, having been “schooled by the Master Bill Seiler; goes out just one day after setting the 50# record for WSB.  Frank, now fishing with Mike Osgood, brings in a 59 lb 8 oz fish to break his day old record.  Congratulations Frank.
World Record Thresher caught by Paul Hoofe on January 15. Fish weighed 94.7 lbs captured on 6# test. This breaks the record which was set in 1977.
Bill Seiler captures First Flag WhiteSea Bass on January 10.The fishwas 41 lbs 3 oz caught on 30# test.
Sara Holmes takes first Flag Yellowtail. 27lbs 2 oz on Feb. 4.
